Who can attend Life Sciences Future Symposium: Partnerships in Science?
While Symposium: Partnerships in Science is open to all attendees, October 29 is designed for anyone involved in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diagnostic, research institutions, investors and CROs preforming preclinical services.
Who can attend Life Sciences Future?
Anyone with an interest in the life sciences industry can attend!
Can I have a list of attendees?
To protect their privacy, we don’t give out contact information for individual attendees.
How do I become a member of Life Sciences PA and receive the discounted registration rate?
You might already be a member of Life Sciences PA. Click here to look for your company name in the membership directory. If your company is not listed there, fill out a New Member Application or give us a call at 610.947.6800. By the way, your company doesn’t have to be located in the state to Life Sciences PA.
I want to promote my company at Life Sciences Future. How do I do that?
There are plenty opportunities available including: sponsoring, exhibiting or advertising. Exhibitors can sign up through the registration system; if you’re interested in sponsoring, contact Karen DeLone; and if you’re interested in advertising, contact Liz Murnane.
Are there over night accommodations for this conference?
Yes. Life Sciences PA will secure a room block in Philadelphia. Additional information to come.

What time does Life Sciences Future registration open so I can pick up my badge?
Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on October 29 and 7:30 a.m. on October 30.
What is the dress code?
How do I register a group for Life Sciences Future?
When you click the registration button, enter information for the group leader first (this will be the main registrant). When you come to the “Registration Summary” page, click “Add person” to enter the information of another registrant for your group. Do this until all of your attendees have been added.
I’m speaking at Life Sciences Future. Do I need to register?
If you are a confirmed speaker at Life Sciences Future, the Life Sciences PA Staff will contact you directly and handle your registration.
What if I become a member of Life Sciences PA after I have registered as non-member?
We’ll refund the difference between the member and non-member rates if you have already paid the registration fee. We’re glad you decided to become a member!
I just found out I cannot attend. How do I cancel my registration?
If you know someone who would like to attend and isn’t already signed up, you can transfer your registration. You can also cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy. For either of these options contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 610-947-6800
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before Tuesday, October 16. No refund is available after close of business on October 16.
I’ve already purchased my registration but would like to make a correction to my badge or buy an optional item. How do I do that?
I never received confirmation that I paid for my registration. What should I do?
First – search you SPAM folder for an email from Ticketleap. Sometimes our emails don’t make it through SPAM filters. If you are still unable to find the confirmation, email Melissa Irwin at email@example.com for a copy.
